I came up with the idea but I was running errands and working on music at the time. Congratulations to JamesA for going to be a dad again! Also, the lovely Sapphire will be delivering a baby soon, and we all wish you the best! Fifa Ray is also a recent father and posted some adorable pictures of his son!

    HAPPY!!!

I wonder how many of the 82 current views this thread has are people panicking when they think that Pizza is going to be a dad. :D ;)

It's certainly a bit of a "whoa, what?" thread title if viewed from the main board. Before submitting this, it was your turn be a dad. Might've confused one or two who hadn't seen the thread yet. :D

Looks like I'm about to father my second now.....

I personally think that any child would be fortunate to have MUGBP as a father.

Btw, when did it become ok for parents' to put their kids on a damn leash? Maybe I'll understand it much more when/if I become a parent. But I bet if they did a study on these kids getting leashed up these days, their future outcomes are going to be much more darker than their counterparts.

    Nothing wrong with it, imo.

Edit: Seriously, my mum put me on "reins", as opposed to a leash, (semantics) when I was small. Can't say I liked it.

Have to admit, I've thought about getting one of those for certain moments now that my 18 month old is starting to get into her "No!" phase -- for safety, not convenience. She likes to walk everywhere and never wants to go home; I've had like 3 times now where I've said, "OK, time to get in your car seat," and she darts into the parking lot or street where there could be dangerous traffic before I can catch her. I'll not be getting one, but I could see if I lived in or often went to high traffic areas or if my kid was even more strong-willed than she is, using it to avoid genuine danger.

That being said, that video is horrible! However, if someone had a video of my "worst moments in parenting", even at this early stage, I don't know that I'd come off much better. I've had a few times when child utterly melts down in public and I carry her kicking and screaming from wherever we are. Even though you know you're doing the right thing (can't give in to tantrums), you know that it looks horrible and everyone around is either judging how they're a superior parent or they're just annoyed by the spectacle. Good times. :)

If your kid was acting up in public, destroying things and just generally being bad, what would you do?

Yeah I noticed that too! Come on now RoM, what's the story morning glory :D?

RoM mentioned I think that he was in his early 30's, maybe 32 when him and Nimma were talking about dating.
