Is that a competitive league or is it mostly for fun? I played a season in WISL, which was a monumental mistake. I hadn't played a competitive match since I was on a U-9 team and I was up against guys 15 years younger than I was, most of whom had started in high school and some had played D-III college soccer. It was not pretty.

It's pretty competitive. We're D2 Red, which must be 4th division, out of 8 or something. Some really good players even in D2.

    football day today

played some fat cloggers in sunday league, and because i'm tall i got lumped in at cb...anyway i won 90% of the aerial duels and made clearences etc and also nearly got my ankle snapped in half lol but my legs are like great oak

anyway, i got subbed off and had to run the line, of course i miss a blatent offside against out team with the last kick of the game and we lose 5-4

    :(

at least my 6 aside team won 5-3

5 of us vs 6 of them

it was like arsenal in the early 2000's with 10 vs 11

i pulled the strings like a chello player, god i have missed organised footy!

    everyone had a good day?

I thought I'd check in to let everyone know that I had a real live Catfish sighting! He's alive and well and will be finishing school this semester. Very nice guy, which was really no surprise.

Never met him, but for whatever reason, he always drove me nuts online.

Very decent in person actually. I imagine most people on here are somewhat more rational than their online personas, myself included.

In my experience, people are the same in person as they are online. They just talk about Arsenal less.
