No other Latin American country can bring Roda. I mean if he didn't care about not making this WC squad by not asking to leave this summer I just don't see him leaving. I am also pretty sure you can't be forced to go on loan or maybe Inter Milan is just the worst run team in the world. But if a player says no to a loan or transfer I don't think he can be forced to.
