How to shrink my Vapors?

I just got a pair of Nike Vapor 2s from a friend, and theyre already really broken in but they're about a half a size or size bigger than my actual size, i was wondering if theres any way i could shrink them to make them at least half a size smaller? cause right now i have to triple sock just so my foot doesnt slide around...any advice would help.

put them in the oven at 400f and theyll shrink

Ask stupid questions get stupid answers.

You can't shrink any shoe. The sole dictates the size of a boot. You can stretch leather but shrinking synthetic material is a new one on me if anyone knows any different
