Hi guys, I picked up a pair of Nike T90 EXP shin guards from a sample sale, but they came with no retail box or instructions on how to mold the shell.

I can't seem to find much info about this so any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Boil some water put them in there until they are soft and then take them out and put them on your shins, I would make sure they aren't extremely hot, and then take them off after they are molded to your shins and leave them out to dry/harden. This is what I did, just make sure you mold the correct guard to the correct shin.

I bought these for around $40USD. I wouldnt recomment them. Theyre too wide. Plus when I put them in heated water, the velcro part came off since the glue on them melted. Since that happened it was hard to keep the plate and the other part together. I used them a few times but just went back to my other cheap shin guards.
