How many of you tend to vote more to the right of the political spectrum?

    Who votes straight ticket?

    Who is registered Republican?

Not meant to start a political debate. :)

I am an Independent. I believe if a candidate can get the job done & that has a well proven and established record in their respective state(or whatever the case might be) with common sense ideas that are feasible that do improve our current circumstances, then I will certainly vote for him/ her- regardless of party.

seriously i dont really know the difference between the elephant and donkey. all these politicians confuse me since they seem to be all over the place. i dont even know what left or right means. i just know FDR was a democrat and george w bush was not. ive decided to place the future in my own hands and not really depend on the govt for anything. at the end of the days, we stil have to pay taxes and obey the million laws this country has

unfortunately you (and other non-repubs) have to register as a republican and vote for him in the primaries of your state in order for him to get enough votes to be the nominee. I've read that he is way higher in the polls than the news networks deceive people into believing too.

Out of all the republicans that are running for office Ron Paul seems to be the only one w/ any type of integrity, genuineness, and consistency in his long tenure as a public servant... he's still a politician so I can't back him 100% but I've watched many of his interviews online and he seems to be legit.

won't even bother getting into cain/perry/romney those are soulless tools of the corporations... ******** them and Obomber

He's more libertarian than the RINO's. I think he aligns republican to stay relevant, despite the medias attempts to blackball him. All presidents compromise on their platforms. Thats why its called politics:D

I have been thinking of registering to vote in the primaries. Currently registered Independent.

The republican party is defunct. Its now the corporate welfare party. I don't know why people would self identify as such unless they have 40 thousand reasons a day.

As much as the liberal media wants to downplay the solyndra scandal, it shows that the Democrats, and more to the point, the Obama administration also support, and even foster, corporate welfare.

And lets not forget the CEOs of the biggest tax evaders are also seen with the President.

I don't think that is a good comparison at all. The Solyndra case was mishandled by the secretary Chu. I guess you can claim the the buck stops with Obama, but in no way compares with the Repugs willing to sell the country down the drain in order to protect the interests of the rich. Just look how they will do anything they can in order to keep the Bush tax reductions to the 1%ners. It doesn't make any sense. 10 years of tax breaks surely amount to a hell of a lot more than the Solyndra scandal.

There is evidence that the company was on the verge of collapse and still the loan was approved. Call it a loan, called it welfare....one of the issues was that the restructuring of the company should have been cleared by the justice department..... but it did not happen that way...it also doesn't look good when top company officials/investors have visited the president or his aides close to 20 times....
