    I see volume 2 comes out Sept 3rd...very pacey....perhaps she can lend George R R Martin a hand.

    what's new when it comes to american feds? flat tax rate would solve a lot of headaches.

    Update on book sales.
    Morgan's book is now ranked the 1,151,322nd best selling book in the UK.
    Not exactly the London Times Best Seller list.
    However, the book is still the 48,986th best selling book on Amazon.com, and sold 74 copies on Amazon in Feb.
