my view on this (and the entire issue) is necessarily skewed by the fact that i only go to brussels on business, and i've never been anywhere else where everyone around the table will always be so at ease in english, with the possible exception of... portugal. well, neither liechtenstein nor monaco have one... although lux, san marino and andorra do.
