need 5 goals for what??? we have 3 points...Haiti has 4 points...if we win we automatically advance to the next round. Grenada need 5 points if anything.
well I was talking about GD with haiti. They have scored 4 goals and we only have 1. But even now I notice I made a silly mistake! woops
okay as of right now...Roger Espinoza is just wandering WAY UP!! and to me should be playing leftback for Palacios because Roger seems like a decent defender and can attack with medina. and Lalin should be striker with Costly and Pery should move to right win. and since Roger always wanders up and never comesback fast enough. Costly always has to cover the left side which is maybe waring him out a bit. all in all we need to attack a little bit more.
pery is playing alot better but i cant say the same for the midfield. hey maybe rueda wanted to save luis ramos until the 2nd round, kinda like a secret weapon to suprise canada w/. i hope so
lol your right, that could be it! Why else would rueda not use him. Suprised the Honduran media (diez) hasnt asked him by now.. But again Ramos would be a great secret weapon!
Hopefully he gets to play next game!
Luis Ramos says he is not mad despite not playing a single minute in the Gold Cup, i really cant believe Rueda didnt give him a single minute i really wanted to see him play http://www.diez.hn/Ediciones/2009/07/26/Noticias/Luis-Ramos-con-ofertas-del-futbol-Aleman
What worries me is that Honduras doesn't seem to have young players, in the starting eleven of the national how many players are under 24 or even 25 ? I believe el principe Nunez is the only one. We continue to call up the likes of Guevara and Pavon, don't get me wrong these guys still do their job but I doubt these guys will be fit enough to start in the world cup (when and if we make it). Either we are lacking young players with talent or rueda isn't looking hard enough, but not even subbing in luis ramos makes me feel as if he isn't even trying. The way things are right now were in for a smack in the face come next qualifiers becuase the transitional period between generations in the NT's is hard enough, but to not even have a blurry idea of who will be there is truly scary. Anyway hopefully this kid gets the hell out of hungary and goes to at least second div germany.
Well the old boys are getting the job done, for the time being. But your right, it is frightening: Under 24 >Ramon Nunez, Age: 23, 8(3) >Emilio Izaguirre, Age: 23, 29(1) >Roger Espinoza, Age: 22, 9(2) Under 25 >Oscar Bonieck García, Age: 24, 40(2) >Wilson Palacios, Age: 24, 62(6) >Hendry Thomas, Age: 24, 32(2)
Yea out of those six players only about two start and another sees action as a sub. Last time I saw Izaguirre was in the group of death in the azteca. Hopefully in these upcoming u-17 and u-20 world cups we get a couple of revelations, especially a foward, we are seriously lacking a decent young foward.
