why exactly? Santos is a big club and just a year ago they won the title. Should stay and help the team make another run

Great move for Herc. Riascos is being linked with clubs in Brazil so Herc will have a good chance to start right away. Not to mention being able to live in San Diego while making great money and playing in a solid league.

Worth pointing out that Herculez Gomez to Tijuana has not yet been confirmed by Santos, Xolos or the player. Will have to sit tight.

 

Herc is a better forward than "el chango" Moreno

 

SO getting a Herc Xolos jersey, this will be happening.

 

I think Xolos now has more Mexican-Americans than Chivas USA. (Certainly better ones.)

Herculez Gomez will likely replace Alfredo Moreno as the main center forward at Club Tijuana. Moreno likely moving on, possibly to Puebla.

So if he gets to play centrally again instead of on the right in Santos Laguna's 4-3-3 that should be good news for him.
