Depends if you mean started with Leicester or played with Leicester at one point. Tony Cottee is the latter.

No I think you were right- it must be Tony Cottee- I remember in one interview how the player I remembered was carrying on about all the goals he scored in the 6 yard box, and looking at this article and the date- late 90's to early 00's, that was about right. http://football.guardian.co.uk/Observer_Match_Report/0,,-21740,00.html It must've been him!
