A lot of our discussion in the "Please give us a forum" thread centered around health (or should I say, sickness) so I thought I'd open up a thread to ask questions about that.

This thread is not for the faint of heart.

Anybody know what kinds of foods will help small children with diarrhea?

To get it or to cure it?

Kidding. Rice is famous for its easy digestibility, and it helps the person's body absorb water.

Whenever my son (12 months) has diarrhea I go with Gerber Turkey and Rice or just straight pastina.

Make sure to give him pedialyte if he's small - very important to keep him hydrated.

    Sorry! I'm Anglo-Swiss-Prussian-Americanski. :)

That looks like cool stuff, but is there any advantage over normal pasta after a child is old enough?
