Curious as to what that graph considers the income levels for the three categories. I didn't see that spelled out in my cursory skim of the bright colors.

No offense, but I'm a trained professional and I'm not going to read a 25+ page pdf file unless I'm (however indirectly) being paid to do so. However, you can earn your Future American Public Intellectual (FAPI) merit badge by summarizing said article accurately and fairly for the lay public.

I am pretty sure it is already covered in collusion to fix prices or some other statue that deals with anti-trust and anit-competitive trade practices. another law wouldn't really change anything the folks that run this thing know where their sacks full of cash campaign contribution checks come from and that is not the US taxpayer for dayum sure.
