Besides the love i have of the passion and play of the South American leagues, the one thing that always sticks out to me is thier choice of Hairstyles! sheer class! Im watching a Chilean league game between La U and Wanderers and these guys have some fresh cuts. Its not just in Chile either. Whenever i watch a Game from Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia and even Ecuador the long hair in the back with a little faux hawk or some other concoction in front reigns king. the mix of mullets, faux hawks, rat tails, dye jobs and afros just gives these guys that swag. Its not just the players who got the different cuts either. The coaches, commentators, fans, every dude down there got a mullet or a rat tail or some different type of cut.Where do they get thier ideas from? what do you ask the barber for? Is it just me who notices this or do you guys see it too? do you guys get your hair cut like them aswell? Post some pics of some clean cuts or some whacky "wtf" ones too. What do you guys have?
mmmm, I don't see what you see honestly. Look at these 25 pics (Univ.de Chile vs S.Wanderers): http://www.cooperativa.cl/fotos-la-...acional/prontus_nots/2012-04-08/184909_1.html And look at thes 27 pics (Univ.de Chile vs S.Wanderers): http://deportes.terra.cl/futbol/ape...2e5745cc96396310VgnVCM20000099cceb0aRCRD.html Except Hernández (faux hawk), Viana and Opazo (rat little tails), and some "long"-haired (not too much) players like Godoy, Martínez, Toloza, Rusculleda and Henríquez, the most part of the players have "normal" haircuts and short hair. In the case of the coaches, Sampaoli is bald (he uses a cap) and Salah has a normal haircut. The long hair in the back was very common in Chilean footballers in the 80s, but not today.

Im saying that, theres a theme among South American Players to have mullets and stuff. Its not in that game alone. But yea even the African Diaspora go all out too!
