My GW 20 was rescued by accidentally capping Sanezzo when I meant to cap Kamara.

GW21 highlighted by DGWs for NE, Toronto and COL. I have 6 DGWers at the moment and contemplating taking hit for Earnshaw. Thoughts?

I have been fortunate to move into the top 100.

Currently sitting on 6 dgw'ers and am considering adding Steven Caldwell, a defender from Toronto. I have not made my transfers, was considering giving up Camilo for Higuain, but now, grin . .

DK, I considered Earnshaw, but don't think he is worth taking a hit for. They have the easiest schedule of the double game trio, but forwards can be very unpredictable. This being said, he will probably score a brace in each game.:)

I have 5 DGW'ers. Having said that, none of the 3 teams have really attractive double game week fixtures. Nonetheless, I have 3 NE & 2 Colorado players.

Additionally, I don't feel too comfortable picking anyone from Toronto. Earnshaw might have been my only pick from TFC but, since he's been out with an injury for a few games, and still has not played a full 90 (he played 60 this weekend), I'm not sure if I'm willing to bet on him with my $$$ yet - Especially if it means taking a -4 hit for him.

Earnshaw was hotter earlier in the season, but has only scored 1 goal in the last 10 games.

This may be the DGW during which he gets hot again but, unless y'all have additional information about him which would allow for an educated guess that this will be his week, I'd choose from other forwards that might outscore him with only one game (ie, I just picked up Higuain who has a home game against NE).

Thanks for the advice guys - I'm just feeling sorta punty and Toronto's DGW fixtures are not so bad. I would have to dump Sanvezzo to get him though which seems pretty dumb to do.

Sometimes, those are the differential picks that make you a hero if you bring in a fallen player just when he turns it around. Other times . . . Not so much. At the end of the day, if you're not sure after studying the transfer well, I say go with your gut!

Wow. Very cool, deuteronomy! I've floundered around 500-some for months. Discouraging.

    1. Higuain, A great match up, very productive fantasy player, I do not have him
    2. Sturgis, a threat to score, playing in the midfield
    3. Nguyen, safe selection, in very good form
    4. Morales, Has been tearing things up recently, a single gamer
    5.McGee, awesome match up
    6. Powers (may be rested for a game)
    7. Goncalves, very solid points producer, it only takes one shutout.

For me, it's between Higuain, Keane and LeToux - 3 good single game players with home games, or two of my DGWers: Goncalvez or Deshorn Brown.

    Decisions, decisions . . .

Any input on these choices would be most appreciated.

That's a tough call - I personally think you gotta lean heavily towards DGWers and Deshorn Brown is in decent form. Gonzalvez has two away games so I would probably lean towards Brown from those choices. Of course in MLS he's never guaranteed 2 starts but he has a very good chance of a minimum of 3 points.

On the other hand, have we seen any big payoffs from DGW players this season?

True - Not a lot of DGW'ers have had lots of success, thus far, but I like your suggestion on DB. He's scored 3 goals in his last 5 matches for the Rapids - Not too shabby.
