Cha respeto tu opinion, y tenes muchos puntos validos. Pero creo que esto no es nuevo. Llevamos diciendo por decadas que hay que mejorar esto, y lo otro. Y siempre estamos en las mismas. El problema mas grande que yo veo es que los equipos de la liga no le dan suficiente tiempo para jugar a los jovenes y ahi es donde se estanca el proceso. Ahora dicho eso, porque darles oportunidad a los de afuera, como cada entrenador que llega a Guatemala a excepcion de Kenton, no les gusta buscar a los jugadores, los quieren ya hechos. Por ejemplo: Almeida va a ver a los rojos y cremas, al final le dicen, mire profe. este chavo juega bien dele un chance. Y va la burra al trigo y le da chance. Osea que ahi se ahorro un viajecito a Isabal o Peten o Jutiapa, los tiene ahi mismo en la Capirucha. Por eso Almeida dice ( No hay mas, trabajamos con lo que hay).
Claro, que el Cholo tendria que ser el titular en este momento. Pero se necesitan ver alternativas, y en la liga mayor actuamente solo el Cholo, Marquez, y Patrick Howell son titulares en sus equipo. Pero Almeida no los convoca, yo preferiria que convocara a Cholo y a Marquez en lugar de Leon y de Aguilar y estaria tranquilo. Tan solo estoy diciendo que Galindo, por ser de un futbol extranjero (que no podemos ver partido tras partido) merece una oportunidad para que lo prueben en algun micro ciclo, ni siquiera pido que juegue amistoso o que entre de titular, solo que lo observen como juega y como se acopla al sistema de Almeida. Almeida puede ver a Marquez, al Cholo, a Howell, a De Leon todos los fines de semana cuando hay partido, incluso puede ir a verlos entrenar pero Galindo no tiene esa oportunidad, asi que porque no darsela.
azulyblanco, estas pidiendo mucho, Almeida no ese tipo de entrenador, eso seria mucha molestia para el, mirar y mirar videos de nuevos jugadores. Te apuesto que si sigue al mando de la bicolor va a llamar al Chalo.

Good goal by Nacho. We need to use him way more in the aerial game. Pescadito used to be excellent at getting at the end of crosses but I think that with age his vertical jump has decreased. Nacho in the first XI!
