If Pep goes to the Premier League then all of the "being too tired" responses was just an excuse to leave Barcelona.

I'm not sure why you would leave one of the biggest clubs in the world, maybe because you're always in the spotlight, and there's too much pressure?

I think it would be awesome for him to do that, to test himself in a completely different league.

I want him to go elsewhere and succeed because I cannot stand the cynics who dismiss his managerial record based on the fact he was "lucky" to get the likes of Messi, Iniesta and Xavi. I do agree that he was fairly privelidged to have these players, but I do not think that should take away from what he's acheived. I personally think the guy is a fantastic manager, and a nice guy. Dignified in defeat, articulate and polite with others, I'm a big fan.

He'll take a sabbatical and then go shovel money in Qatar.

Or maybe he'll let his legacy live on and retire, letting us wonder "what IF...."

This guy isn't coming to the EPL. His style wouldn't work with any squad in the EPL that I can think of. I am a Chelsea supporter and have been for years and heard reports earlier this year that he may take a year off and then take the Chelsea job.

I would have no interest in this guy coming to Chelsea as I think we already have a manager more than capable of winning silverware next season. I would rather Di Matteo stay than Pep come to Chelsea, that's just me though .....

My prediction is this. As you know, Arsene Wenger has been coaching Arsenal for many years now. After all these years, don't you think he gets tired of his job? At the end of the EPL season next year, Wenger will step down as the manager of Arsenal. The reason why Guardiola will manage Arsenal is because Barcelona and Arsenal have a mentality of how they play their football. Pep will easily adapt and lead Arsenal to greatness.

I'm wondering he lead West Ham United, Reading, Southampton become a Premier League top 1, 2, or 3.

If he can make it happen, it's mean he is the best manager ever and more poeple will believe in his managing skill! As you know, managing a team which has famous players is more easier than managing a small (underdog) teams from Premier League. :)
