Internacional played the football of the year against Grêmio

If they had played like that against the other twenty teams in the league, they wouldn't be at the tenth place, hueahuaeuhaeuhae!

    Coxolate!

Not true, like Luigi said, to tie agains Universidad Catolica was really hard. To beat gremio was piece of cake.

Yeah, it is easy to beat the top team in the championship. The hard thing to do is to beat Vasco, Ipatinga, Coritiba...

My post was merely an informative to describe how gremio was raped by Internacional and won't win the Brasileirao.

Yeah, internacional raped grêmio as they had raped the other twenty teams in the league, heh

One team had an unusual game in the last grenal and it wasn't grêmio

I'll will wait patiently 'till the end of the championship...

How would you describe your young supertalents Anderson Pico, Douglas Costa and Rafael Carioca? Looks like they all have a great future ahead of them.

Somone can give a more detailed description on them? I only have seen some clips, and know that Anderson and Rafael get much playing time. And that Douglas Costa are the new supertalent in brazilian football, playing 2 games and scored 1 goal so far.

    Anderson Pico? lol

please, buy him. I hope we sell him by some 50 million euros, but if you pay like 500k I will be happy.

as for Douglas Costa? He is a PROMISE! And only that!!! How the hell do you want us to evaluate him for playing 2 matches only?

Gee, you euros are raping apart brazilian football, taking our players each time at an younger age!!

Argentine forward Maxi Lopez is currently on loan at Gremio from FC Moscow until December 31st. The Brazilian club officials want to sign him on a permanent basis for 1.5 millions, but Lazio are tracking him. Moreover, Lopez's family is reluctant to remain in Brazil and could push for a move to Euope, although there are no negotiations with Lazio yet. More developments are expected.

Sure was a great match. We've had matches against the champions from Rio , Minas Gerais and now Rio Grande do Sul... All the top footballing regions in Brasil... And gladly we've been blessed with expectacular matches. I'm hoping for more at our home.

I'm confident and I'm sure that you are as well, so let the better team win.

....I still wanna kill Rodrigo Mancha tho ;p

Apparently, this guy spit on Fabian and started the whole mess after the Libertadores match against Chivas...

Feel bad you guys are rivals with such classless scum. Internacional played a great game and there was no need for something like this after the game.

just wanted to share with you guys an aerial image of the construction of the Grêmio Arena. The image is from 10 days ago
    [IMG]

(ps, the image is actually 800x600, dont know why its appearing so small in the forum. Maybe copying and pasteing the link on the browser will work)

every square hole in the ground was a series of 5 piles (just like the ones you can see on the right) that were levelled with the ground, than they made a whole around and poured concrete. This results in a so called SAPATA.

In the case, the future columns will be over these sapatas. What happens is that the weight of each column is distributed on the ground around the 5 piles.

over 20km of piles were already put on the ground. (each of those piles you see outside the ground are actually 3 or 4 piles above each other)

I also wonder how he will do. Probably better than Leandro (we exchanged Carlos Alberto for Leandro). So, just by getting rid of Leandro, it was already a good deal :)

most Grêmio players (and referees too!) were german or german descendants

    Grêmio:
    Brochado
    Moreira
    Booth
    Schröder
    Grünewald
    Carls
Black (?? bom, certamente negro ele não era, é só um sobrenome em inglês)
    Mostardeiro
    Deppermann
    Becker
    Kalifels

interessante que eu não sabia que existiam juizes de gol naquele tempo...

some progress since the last photos were posted... the north sector is already on the 3rd floor... the stadium is being built clockwise

again, the photos are quite bigger than you can see here at the forum. Copy the image URL and paste on your browser, to open it directly, at a larger size.
