It is between Arsenal and Juventus, and Juventus seem to be unwilling to meet Real's asking price. Higuain's father today stated that Arsenal made a "very significant" new offer to Real. I expect to see him with the Gunners in the fall.
Arsenal would do well to sign him after losing VP last year, and seeing him dominat the league. I think Higuan has been lost in Mardrid with some of the more higher profile names getting minutes. All the while he's still performed. I'd still like it if Juventus snagged him, but after paying for Tevez, it's unlikly.
