Does she realize Paris is an $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ city? I remember going to Paris two years ago and, despite the euro strength, it was expensive as hell.
An expensive city with cranky/rude restaurant staff and generally dirty subway stations. I travel to France sometimes for work, but avoid Paris when possible. Certainly wish the young gal the best of luck, and hope she finds a residence and lifestyle away from the city center.
