Well... not a surprise that this again confirms that the offense of German teams relies mostly on foreigners... I'm a bit surprised about Pizarro being that high in several statistics. Also an interesting side note: everyone in the positive statistics (goals, assists, games/minutes played) was an nt regular at one time, only the the Brazilians were not (Ailton, Marcelinho, Bordon, Dede, Lincoln) except for Zé Roberto. I guess the Bundesliga was not in the highest regard of the Brazilian coaches so far ^^ BTW, do assists on goals include dead ball assists?
Ya the Assists are total assists and include Dead Ball Assists. Also for people who are used to the MLS, I use the more traditional method for all my statistical tabulations and just award one assist max per goal and only if it is directly involved in the goal being scored.
