General eredivisie thread 2012-2013

  1. That happened about 4/5 years ago, when he himself was about 17. Not that I applaud it, but it didnot happen when he was an adult. But nowadays it is better to ask for an id card, as it is almost impossible to see if a girl really is as old as she looks like.

    Fer was 18.

Even when consensual which it was, its still a big deal even if only because of the consequences these things often have on the girls further life and stability. (Not jumping to conclusions but the story came out because the girl has some issues and told the story to GGZprofessionals who were obliged to report it)

Im always amazed at how lighthearted people are about these things. Or atleast untill its their 13 year old daughter/niece.

That is prison time here in the US if the man is over the age of 18.

Yasuda doesn't play much (at all), but Havenaar has been important for Vitesse. I don't know why they haven't extended his contract yet.

Interesting statistic from Eredivisie Live, since 2010 Ajax have played 32 games in the months of March/April/May and have won 31 and drawn 1.

IMO He's Japanese of Dutch origin. Just like I'm a Canadian of Dutch origin.

Dont know if he has dual citizenship, probably not. But people are whoever they feel they are. If he considers himself japanese from dutch heritage then thats what he is (that is how the media usually refers to him btw)

A good test would be to see if he likes Drop. If he likes it, he is dutch no matter what the laywers say.

He has Dutch blood and DNA, however born and raised in Japan. Thus, he has more affinity with Japan than the Netherlands. His parents moved to Japan, and are naturalized Japanese citizens.

He's probably one of the most inconsistent players of the Eredivisie, alternating brilliant actions with such clumpsiness. I still think he has potential to grow into a good player. :)

Xandro Schenk scored the only goal in the 1 - 0 win against VVV for Go Ahead Eagles in their promotion/relegation match. Pretty nifty for a defender and in such an important game aswell!

Yep also BVM and Demy de Zeeuw. Wow also didn't realize Jan Kromkamp is the current captain of the club.

Kromkamp started his professional career at GAE. Verbeek, van Marwijk and Bas Dost are all from Deventer.

Schenk is on loan from Ajax. Antonio and Promes are former Ajacieden.
