    Hey all,

    I'm interested in moving back home to Ireland and was wondering if anyone had info on the guards. I was wondering if their salary is decent enough to live off of in the Waterford City area...

    Yes a garda's salary would be more than sufficient to enable you live well here in Waterford ( the city that introduced good football to the League of Ireland and currently has 3 players in the Ireland squad and 2 in the B panel ) and you would be guaranteed plenty of overtime.
    But if you want a guaranteed garda job head to Limerick !
