I think she's been fine too in the center passing. She's the one that keeps it moving when the ball hits the attacking zone and comes up against the defence. And yes, in answer to someone's question, that was her weighted pass to Leroux. Also one or two to Rapinoe on the left wing. But she also took too long deciding what to do on that one chance on the dribble outside the box on the left side and wound up running straight into traffic. In her college days, something would've happened. If not a pass, then a shot because she could shoot from there. It's odd to me - there are some parts of her game that have progressed and a couple where they seem to have regressed, and putting shots on frame is one of them.
46' 1-0 Scotland subs in (1 of 6) #12 Shannon Lynn (GK) for #1 Gemma Fay. 48' 1-0 Leroux nutmegs #4 Eilish McSorley at box left foot, cuts in alone to 10m 6-left but shanks her shot way wide right.
51' 2-0 #? passes vertically down box right for Leroux to chase. She one-touch crosses waist-high to 4m center. Wambach sneaks laterally away from #2 Jones (like McBride back-cutting Beto(?)), dive-heads alone in 6-center and drives it behind Lynn.
I think she was level, they usually give attacking players the benefit of the doubt on plays like that.
