Meh. The EPL has been a two horse race since forever too. Now it's Chelsea and Man U , before it was Arsenal and Man U. Sure you got City and Arsenal now, but we'll see how long that lasts. I'm 'futbolisticamente' of course. In terms of $$ I'd bet it does hurt the league.

That's four teams u mentioned and don't forget Liverpool who was up there like 2 years ago.. and in Italy right now the top 6 teams are only separated by 9 points which pretty much makes it more attractive than just Real/Barca (which is still fun to watch but the league as a whole sux) yaaaawwnn ;)

I know, that's what I mean, it's a two horse race as in it's two teams fighting for the title per year.

The only reason Italy has parity now is because Juve has yet to get a foothold again, since the 'Calciopoli'. Give it a year or two and it's back to the big 3. I still find Serie A very attractive football, it's one of my favorite league to watch, along with Bundesliga. Bundesliga is the perfect league in terms of parity, competitiveness, and star power. I haven't watched a full EPL match since Newcastle were relegated

As long as the best players in the world play in Madrid and Barca, and they generate money, and interest, the league is fine. La Liga has been this way since forever, that's not some groundbreaking article you posted. People have been predicting the great fall of La Liga for ages now.

I agree on the bundesliga, personally I think it might have already edged Italy out for the #3 top league spot.

    Still can't get into Bundesliga.

EPL is growing on me, especially now that Man City and Tottenham have broken that boring ass Chelsea-Man U-Arsenal-Liverpool quartet that dominated for so long.

    Neither is Real Madrid. ;)

At least based on CL performances in recent years.

No hay que generalizar y con el perdon de los grandes amigos que tengo alli y el respeto a ese gran pais, pero cuando un argentino se manda a ser arrogante es sin competencia alguna el ser mas detestable sobre la tierra.

Messi is good but it'll be hard to top everything Ronaldo has done

Ha ganado FIFA World Player of the Year 3 veces - '96, '97 y '02.

    2 Mundiales ganados - '94 y '02

Máximo goleador en la historia de la Copa Mundial con 15 goles.

grande gornaldo..... Jugadorazo, one has to admit...2nd greatest goalscorer after Pele for Brazil....

i still remember watching PPV the Brazil Peru in Copa America semifinals in 1997... lost badly (7-0) pero uno ve el equipo que tenian estos con...unos monstruos...Ronaldo had scored 5 in the Copa, sin despeinarse... pero no marco ante Peru

    1 Taffarel
    2 Cafu
    3 Aldair
    6 Roberto Carlos
    16 Gonçalves
    8 Dunga 58'
    10 Leonardo 62'
    19 Flávio Conceição
    20 Denilson
    9 Ronaldo yellow 58'
    11 Romário 64'
    Reservespieler
    5 Mauro Silva 58'
    13 Djalminha 62'
    21 Edmundo 58'

Fatnaldo won almost everything there is to win for club and country...
