Something I actually have to give credit to the USMNT is that they book quality friendlies and are not afraid to travel abroad for them either. A good prep game for New Zealand as the Finns will be big on physicality and the aerial game. But first thing first, make sure it is a meaningful game first and get shit done in the Hex.
that's because the Nads don't have a contract with SUM unlike the FMF that's why our NT is often times screwed out of playing quality games because they have to play bullshit friendlies against minnows in the US
Why the fack are you guys even considering this game a warm-up game against New Zealand? We haven't even qualified yet, let alone earned a berth to play New Zealand. Take it one game at a time man. That's probably what happened the National Team (they got so cocky and looked past Honduras and every other team in CONCACAF and ended up being embarrassed by the whole region).
I don't think we have to worry about the team looking forward to this game. Vuce has his sights on Panama and thats that. Plus we don't even know who would be called for that game so no reason to even think about it.

We need a hostile environment setting so we can star getting use to not having any type of support. If anything we buckle even more under pressure when we have support, the Azteca was a perfect example. It was like playing in Ricardo Saprissa every game. Facken fans were all against Mexico. I completely agree with the road game statement. Having Finland fly to the west side is ridiculous. We could have played a neutral ground at the least. But we need a serious road game if and hopefully when we are preparing for NZ.

Says who? We haven't even beat Panama dude. WTF planet are you on? Do you realize if we don't beat Panama we're pretty much facked? So New Zealand would be out of the picture.
