To be fair he is surrounded by garbage at Chivas, let Fabian play with guys like Gio, Vela, Chicharo, Herrera etc. and his talent will come through. Just imagine if someone like Van Persie played for a bottom table team, he wouldn't be nearly as successful as he is with Man U. Same reason Messi and Ronaldo aren't as good with their national teams.
