yeah but if you play a full 90 min for 6 games without scoring a goal and 2 games for 80 min (which is almost a complete game) so for 8 games straight (that's 2 months without scoring a goal) any coach will start trying other options

You have to take the bad with the good. He goes long stretches without scoring goals but when he get's hot he is unstoppable.
Just wish he was more consistent.

Thats why I want him at the WC or at least the last 30. Imagine him hitting 1 goal against Jordon then a hat trick against Trindad. I'd be like screw it bench Falcao this dude is going to hit hat tricks the rest of the tourney haha

I hope the National team sake Jackson goes to a better club and improves n that will open the way for Montero going to Porto and playing with Quintero but if both stay or both go. I hope he either has a better season with even more goals and assists and the team Wins the League or that he does that for another club playing Champion League

    1. The buy out clause that he have is very high......very high for portuguese teams
    2. They wont sell his players to their opponents

If he doesn't score in 2014 he will be worth 1 dollar. His buy out was high because he was going toe to toe with Jackson then he got
Freed from the MLS and started to suck and lost his starting spot.

Dude screams of Tessor Moreno to me

I mean, except for a friendly back a couple weeks ago, he hasnt scored since December 2013 o_O. He had just signed that big contract with them to boot. Incredible how he has gone so long without scoring.

Got some late game minutes as a sub and had one very nice header that was just wide.
Would have been awesome to see him become a hero against Chelsea but it wasn't meant to be.

The only thing that makes it important above 2016 is that 2015 to qualify for the confederation's cup. I wouldn't mind winning another senior trophy with this golden gen...the Olympics aren't that important aside from having won it at least once.

It'll fall under fifa calendar as they announced it. Besides, what 3 players would you be willing to use in the olympics instead of the copa america?
