Once upon a time I found it difficult to understand what was going on with Freddy's career. Now he has a nice new team, and I can't even understand what is going on in this thread half the time. :D

They are running shoes I believe. An earlier post talked about how Adu was being put through some fitness testing, he probably did that in running shoes. Why he has them around his waist, maybe he doesn't want them stolen?

Webcast on game today was good. Defense tends to really get stuck in. Will be a good place to learn some d. Fans def into their teams.

    Amazing stuff.

I heard a melody in there you guys were singing that reminded me of what Germans sometimes sing at hockey matches and it always put down the other team, something like "You all are [Bavarians], asocial [Bavarians], you sleep under bridges and with the Good Samaritans at the train stations" or so. :p

Was yours in "honor" of the Iraklis?

yes, reebok sponsors the entire nfl, but it's the uniform only. players are free to wear any brand of shoes. for example, adrian peterson, ladanian tomlinson, and troy polamalu wear nike. reggie bush is an adidas guy.

to make this post at least soccer relevant, i couldnt name an individual athlete from the usa--besides allen iverson, and without google search--sponsored by reebok that is as popular as henry or ryan giggs, both having their own reebok line.

Rules? Why stop there?!? Logic, the laws of Nature, and the essence of the universe itself are all suspect in Freddy threads! You know those physicists looking for 'dark matter'. They should look here... in Freddy's threads...

hmmmm... there's a song (or rap) in there somewhere... "Freddy's threads" :D

Okay, I'll stop. I was feeling a bit jaunty there for a sec.

Two minutes ago it was anounced by the team's official website that Abreu and Gracian officially leave the team. Now it's matter of time for both players to play.

Both Abreu and Gracian were released today, so EJ and Adu should be eligible to play.
