It's getting worse and worse. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting...

I hope Laurent Blanc will definitely get rid of these useless overpaid primadonas Anelka, Ribery, Gallas, Evra and co.

I think France should forfeit and take the punishment. witch would probally be banned from qualifying for EURO 2012 AND WORLD CUP 2014

i'm not gonna say the players aren't responsible, but john terry publically said that anelka is getting bad rap.

i think something like this is mostly about the coach. it comes from up top.

certainly we've seen problems due to ego problems, as with the early 00's dutch squad, but that also has to do with having the right kind of person in charge.

domench is beyond a joke to me as a coach. how the french fa kept him on for so long is beyond me.

players should be punished for poor behavior, but so should poor management.

    they need to clean house.

most of those players we are mentioning will not be around next world cup, and probably euro '12.

and let's not forget that even zidane, who played for domench, criticised him as well.

Exactly, I have a feeling I would act the same way. They're just sick tired of Domenech's incompetence.

lol But... but... but... I thought they got only the best, only the best. Clearly there was no hidden agenda in selection of this squad. Most definitely not! :D

    OTB! OTB!

That would be awesome. Raymond Domenech resigns and the whole team forfeits. See ya France in 2018!

And I am a fan of French football. A little house cleaning is needed every now and then. Now is a good time.

    yikes..

    the coach goes ballastic...

at least evra just walks away...

espn showed a different angled video of the incident and than evra walk over to his teammates, and talk to them. that must have been before the decided to leave practice.

These players are such a shame. They don't deserve the blue jersey. What image are they sending to the world... Now we are a laughingstock for all nations

This is not France... It can't be true. How did we let this grew up ?

I have a feeling that's what is about to happen.

The real question is: What happens Tuesday? I could see them refuse to take the pitch, turn the match into a farce, etc.!

I think evra tried to b*tch slap the trainer. It happens at the exact moment the camera shakes (at the 4 sec mark in the video).

I could see that too. However, the South African team would be pissed. They need a few goals to have a shot at advancing. Plus the South African fans would be denied a great match. FIFA would really come down hard on the French team.

Re: French training ground bust up (video)

COULD SOMEONE POST THE ESPN BOB LEY interview on the phone with the French journalist who was explaining why the French refused to train today.

Funny it went out live over ESPN without censorship

The journalist was explaining the French team refused to train today because the forward was sent home after the coach told him what he was doing wrong and what the coach expected and the forward told the coach

Fu*k You Son of a Bitch

In France this goes out over the air but bit of a problem for ESPN and ABC

The French NAT has a new coach that has already been hired so this lame duck coach has little control over the team.

Now this looks like something the French would do... Giving up.

Stay classy, France. And I feel sorry for the Irish.

Next time there's a war in Europe, the loser has to keep France.

Ireland shafted, check. Annoying vuvuzelas, check. Bad refereeing, check. Near meltdown of the French team, check.
