Another one of those stories that make the guys at The Onion say, "well shit, now we can't run that article. Fox beat us again."

Incredible......no wonder everyone is laughing at the U.S.

It's really not funn though, especially since they are doing this with a lot of conviction.

Years from now, 4,000 Shiite and Sunni Civil War reenactors might disagree with you Claymore!!! Over chants of General Leemasoud and the Battle of Chicamaghdad...

"The Iraqis love the idea of a free market, and this will present a wonderful opportunity for industries in the United States to fill the Iraqi demand, both Shia and Sunni, for quality products such as this, and present evidence to the Iraqi people of the benefits of a free-market society."

The evil of FOX and all its accomplice is quite evident in this question.

While the war was sold on the false notion of "WMD", and later downgraded to an acceptable alternative: "Spreading Democracy", and now they have shown their true character by insinuating and perhaps promoting a "civil war". This is the biggest evil.

Does anyone know the actual argument advanced in that piece? Because I can't think of any, and I'm the guy advocating eugenics in another thread here. Anyone actually believing this has to be using some weird and new thought process, and I am interested in studying it.

    Here's one:

Better that they are fighting each other over there, than us over here.

Wow. See, I think that my own mistake is in continuing to think that the debate around inhuman phenomena like invasion and occupation is with beings working to become fully human; it's not at all, really, and I've got to remember that.

I'm sure; also, unquestioned is the limiting of the universe to those two options and frames on understanding in a discussion that can be straplined thus...

Sometimes I wonder how this apple (me) fell from the same tree as my father (avid Fox News watcher and believer). I laugh because I'm incredibly uncomfortable.

I didn't see it - but there's lots of $ to be made in the destruction/construction business. Halliburton better start ordering some more concrete, and private security firms better start collecting a lot more resumes.

Or maybe the Iraqis will start hatin on each other more than they're hatin on us? Fewer anerican soldiers killed?

This is potentially ITN's greatest post ever and one of the best I've ever read on bigsoccer. Go figure. Rep worthy.

Why? 'Cause the guy on the left looks so much like Stephen Colbert?
