Wow this is confusing as hell and pretty much a slap in the face for the La Piedad fans as well as the existing Tiburones Rojos Veracruz players. I understand if only one team relocated and changed names but this is 4 teams now including San luis, Queretaro and jaguares. I think this is just hurting Liga MX's reputation in the soccer world.
At the end with all the moves it just ended up being San Luis relegated and Veracruz promoted, every other location stayed the same in D1. Now D2, that was a cluster fuck.
Welp only positive thing I can find out of this for me is that I take trips to Veracruz, might be able to catch a first division game next time I go.
