Yes, he is reliable and fair, but I doubt he has complete 1986 games. These two do not seem to exist. The SIN (USA) broadcasts for both have more time than the European broadcasts but still leave slight holes, if I remember correctly. The Uruguay game I know for sure has 2-3 seconds of action not featured on the European broadcasts, but 2-3 seconds isn't much obviously.
