Željezničar slavio protiv mađarskog Pecsija Prvak naše zemlje, ekipa Željezničara nalazi se na pripremama u Austriji gdje je danas odigrala i treći pripremni susret. Protivnik je danas bila mađarska ekipa, Pecsi, a naš Željezničar je slavio sa 2:0. Oba gola su postignuta u prvom poluvremenu, a strijelci za Plave sa Grbavice su bili Mirsad Bešlija i Zajko Zeba. U trećem prijateljskom susretu na pripremama fudbaleri Željezničara u svim elementima nogometne igre nadigrali su mađarsku momčad i na kraju su sasvim zasluženo slavili. U prvom poluvremenu menadžer Plavih, Amar Osim, na teren je izveo slijedeću jedanaestoricu: Antolović, Benjamin Čolić, Kerla, Vasilić, Kvesić, Bešlija, Zolotić, Bekrić, Jamak, Zeba i Selimović. Aktuleni bh. prvak poveo je u 24. minuti, a strijelac je bio iskusni Mirsad Bešlija, dok je asistenciju upisao danas vrlodobri Jamak. Pred sami kraj prvog dijela Plavi su udvostručili prednost. Akciju je počeo Jmak, koji je sjajno uposlio Zebu, koji pak u svom stilu vara dva odbrambena igrača mađarske momčadi i rezantnim udarcem pogađa mrežu mađarskog golmana. U drugom dijelu priliku da pokažu šta znaju dobili su Bukvić, Yoshida, Ćutuk, Hasanhodžić, Stanić, Brković, Tomić, Elvir Čolić, Svraka i Ramić. I u drugih 45 minuta Plavi su bili bolji, u par navrata pokušao je Stanić iz slobodnjaka, no rezultat se nije mijenjao. Istina, i fudbaleri mađarske momčadi imali su svojih prilika, no Bukvić je uspio sačuvati mrežu netaknutom.
Just so you guys know, we promoted 18 year old CB, Emrah Hasanhodzic from the youth squad. He'll be joining the senior squad, and he's already training with the first team in Austria. Word is that he's extremely intelligent with his play and has some decent pace (he switched over from striker to CB early on). Here he is, training with Yoshi, our new Japanese RB. As you can see, Patrick has already sent us the new training gear. It looks to be amazing quality, and the company seems legit. They had Zeljeznicar featured on their main website which was pretty cool. Rad, the club from Serbia is also sponsored by them, and they have wonderful jerseys, with the logo actually stitched on, unlike Macron did for us last season.

Yoshi has been very good in pre-season so far according to many people who have got to watch the games. Very good replacement for Markovic as Colic's understudy, hopefully he stays in the first team unlike alot of the foreigners who have come to Zeljo in the past few years. Remember that Russian U-21 international? lol Hasanhodzic getting promoted is good news, but aren't Zeljenzicar a bit stacked at the CB position now? They have Bogicevic, Kerla, Cutuk, Vasilic, and Hasanhodzic now there, along with another four fullbacks. Kind of an overflow if you ask me.
