Two Sunday games (@Noon and 4pm) to start the season off. I have just one question; who the hell do they expect to show up to these?!?!? Sunday games draw poorly, even with the excitement over Bofo probably will help a little but… come on!
I agree completely. Sundays are for two things: church and barbecues. Since we are not the favorite child at the stub hub we get what we can take. Another reason we need our own stadium. Saturday games are a must
Sundays at 4 is way better then Sundays at 7:30PM folks. Anyone else think Chivas USA should just have free games or buy 1 ticket get 1 free to try to fill the stadium? The galaxy charge $15 just in parking . Funny, i'm always reading on-line people get Free Tickets & still don't go, but people who actually want to go to the games like myself can't afford to pay sometimes. The team is loosing $ & we know it might not get better until we leave Carson.
Part of it is that these are "punishment" schedules set by MLS for not having a local tv deal; meaning the away team's tv market is given preference over Chivas.
Because punishing the team in this manner is really going to help get their attendance numbers up… wtf
Yes, even though outwardly, Garber says the league is trying to help Chivas; their agenda is to drive Vergara to sell the franchise. MLS liaisons seem more interested in bandying lowball offers than any sort of support project for the team...
I don’t like Sunday games at all My favorite are Sunday 7:30pm games, either way I will show up and support hope we start with the right foot this time a Win will definitely bring some excitement for game #2 @ 4:00pm
I made sure I have both days off and season tix. Bought my away jersey with the LA crest on the back. It's fresh to deaf my broders. Can't wait!!!
hai nosvemos carnal priomero dios para aser un buen cotorreo y a ponernos la camisa con mucho orgullo
se pose Celoso ..... heeee tu tambien eres mi numero uno cacheton! Tons que wey todavia vives en California? Are you coming down for opening game o ke pedo?
Bofo played better on today's game Gainst Colorado. Looking better every game. I'm not expecting too much though. I'd love to see him make a name for himself one last time
I didn't watch the game, but on the highlights, he seems to have missed 2 clear opportunities. I'm afraid he's too slow for the pace in the league, I hope I'm wrong.
It might be too late to change the schedule for those games, but they might be able to bundle the tv rights into a larger deal. Let's see how well the MLS can run Chivas USA.
