Click on "My Bigsoccer" at the top. On the left hand side you'll see "Edit Options", under "Settings and Options". Scroll to the bottom under the section "Forum Skin", and chose "Big Soccer", and your rep button will appear as such under the posters avatar -

ahhh, the good ole days of the SWC. I can still remember hearing "All my ex's live in Texas" during the '92 football season at U 0f A.
Most Hog fans should think of the SWC as the good ole days, because it was the last time they actually won a conference title in football or basketball.
Football, yes. Although, historically, we never could out-do Texas and Aggie in football. Basketball, no. We won the regualar season SEC title in '92 & '94, and the tournament in 2000. Not to mention two Final Fours ('94 & '95) and a National Championship ('94). Making the jump from the SWC to the SEC was a huge transition in football. You can't beat the money though.
Well, those of us in the Big XII have to pinch pennies without that big SEC money, but somehow, we manage. (Though how could I forget about Arkie U's glory days in basketball? Oh yeah, because it was 15 years ago.)
