Since he took over this team has played like absolute $#!t and he will surely lead Fiorentina to Serie B.

He has NO control of his players. His players don't come ready to play at all. That IS ON HIM.

1 win 1 tie and it looks like 5 losses in the last games.

Why the f^&%$ would ANY Viola fan want this guy to stay?????? Unless you want to see Fiorentina in Serie B next year.

Pathetic. The latest displays have been beyond embarassing.

This is the third coach that the team is mediocre at best under though. Don't forget how poor we were at the end of Prandelli's reign.

It should be obvious at this point, the problem is the players. They are trash. Jovetic, Nastasic and Behrami are the only guys worth keeping. The rest of the team is straight up trash.

    we need a sign.

i almost agreee with firing Delio Rossi.
but fire also 90% of the team.
interims coach for the rest of the season, and for the next season a big caliber coach with early transfers in the break and highclass pre-season games.
i hope this season ends asap.

this 0:5 vs Jube suckers was waaaaayyyyyyy too much.

Too bad but that never happens under Della Valles :mad:

They received their needed ego boost to take team from bottom to almost top. They noticed very well that if you want to reach higher you need to invest heavily and looks that they just doesn't want to do that

I'd honestly be fine fielding the Primavera plus the guys Nolan mentioned for the rest of the season. Some guys with some drive and some grinta. They would not do worse. Our sucktitude predates Rossi, though, and we know he can be successful at this level and with a club about our size.

We're a giant hot mess. And I agree entirely that it probably starts from the top. Things were good when we were of interest to the Della Valle boys. Now we're like an old nearly forgotten toy, interesting when you run across it from time to time, but not worth investing more than a passing interest.

Rossi subbed Ljajic off after 30 minutes. Ljajic said something to him as he went to take a seat on the bench and Rossi ran over and started to beat him like a redheaded stepchild.

After the match Rossi was fired.

We are a complete disaster. This is such a low point - I thought we already had one of these.

    Wow, this new format sucks.

I'm very upset, I liked Rossi but he crossed the line and I can't blame the coach. But Ljajic has proven already he's a headcase, I hope he follows Rossi out the door soon.

Time to blow up this team. I blame the lack of leadership above anything else.

Rossi got in at least 2 good smacks on ljajic, one thing I wonder is if the 4th official saw what was going on wouldn't he tell the main ref to send him off?

I heard someone will take care of the team for the last 2 games

The referee blew his whistle and started towards our bench when Rossi gave him a "this was nothing but a simple misunderstanding" gesture and waved him off.

Our club manager, Vincenzo Guerrini, led his first training session today and will be our manager for the last two matches. He has managerial experience with Catanzaro, Brescia, etc...

I feel bad for you guys with how things have gone.

It's hard to believe what happened with Rossi, but I say that Ljajic got what he deserved. In Italy, you can be fired after three weeks of work, there's the constant fear of turnover, and we have maniacal owners and delirious fans. So after all that, the guys who should have your back suddenly don't. A coach in Italy has to go through so much shit. They don't need players who act like spoiled brats when they get pulled off the field, and they don't need players mouthing off at them. This is a case of the inmates running the asylum. It's the way modern football has been going. When there's no repercussions, players will do whatever the hell they feel like.

Rossi deserved to get fired for what he did. Obviously, you can't do that. However, good on him for finally standing up to the shit that coaches worldwide have to go through because their players are spoiled brats.

Rossi has suspended for three months, according to Football Italia.

I guess that means that no one will hire him now. What a shame. He's a good coach who made a mistake.
