Can't really see justifying SFL Div3 just for Rangers. But if they don't include them in the "Rest of the World" group I'd have a hard time buying it this time around.
I'd be surprised if Rangers don't at least make it in "Rest of the World" if Rive Plate still made that group after being demoted. But what is more important that should be in FIFA 13 is a spectator mode; even if it's by invite only I should be able to watch two of my friends play against each other online.

I hope Green works with EA and doesn't expect them to fill his war chest. I'd say work a 3 year deal. Give the license away for next to nothing this year with EA guaranteeing to pay more each following year, so long as Rangers get promoted each time. No promotion, no deal.
Any chance of NASL being included, especially now with the Cosmos on board? Personally I'd love a chance to play as the Rowdies. Hear that Ralph's Mob roar!
Could've sugarcoated it just a little.... Ok seriously I know there's no chance for FIFA 13, but what about 14 or 15. Especially if the Cosmos stick around for a few years and don't jump to MLS after 1.
I would like to see EA develop the MLS more before they even think about adding the NASL or USL. First, they need to add the Concacaf Champions League. It doesn't have to be official, but it just needs to be a tournament between the MLS and Mexico teams. They also need to add a couple more CONCACAF stadiums. Azteca & BC Place aren't cutting it. Once they complete that, then EA can start adding the lower US & Mexico leagues.
I'd like transfers to be changed. I usually play with arsenal and can end up getting 100 Million for a transfers each season. So you can pretty much buy anyone, and they'e always willing to sell anyone. I'd also like maybe a reserve team or something, you don't have to play as it or anything but somewhere to send players so their morale stays up if they're never really used.
I like that idea. I'd also like as a player to be able to decide my own morale. Just because I'm playing a lot and scoring goals I still want to be a miserable bastard if I want to be.

Not that interested in the skills mode, but the manager mode sounds fun! A lightweight alternative to FM for days when I'm too tired to think is a good idea
Doesn't look like I'll be spending a lot of time in the Skills Game Mode. The changes to Player and Manager Career modes look great. Especially being able to manage national teams and being able to demand a trade as a player. Looking forward to this one.
i've heard that they are re-introducing the option to dive on the game! It is just another little thing which would improve the game, imagine the last minute of an online tournament diving to win a penalty!
I'm pretty worried about the defense on the game... All this talk about improving off the ball runs and defense was suspect in 12. = /

I was thinking the same thing. Not much different than the FIFA 2011 that I am playing now. Might try out the PES version this year.
