i think that OFC should be merged with the AFC, ever since australia left it has become much weaker and there isn't much competition for new zealand. Conembol and Concacaf should merge as well, forming the Confederation of Pan-American Football Associations or COPAFA. a pan-american copa america or gold cup could challenge the european championships. the African cup of nations should be switched to every four years.

Third Mexico is a good football nation but not a top footballing nation they are top 15-20 not top ten. This year mexico has played your beloved Colombia and Venezuela. they beat venezuela 3-1, and lost to colombia 0-2. but they also beat brazil 2-0 a week ago.
Put the North and Central American teams in CONMEBOL and make the CFU (carribean) it's own confederation (it'd be tougher than the OFC) and than the champs of CFU can face the champs of the OFC for WC bid. Total wishful thinking on my part
