The ULFA would like to announce 3 leagues that will begin when FIFA 12 comes out: The ULFA-WCL is our club league where any club team in the game is available for use. The WCL will be returning for its 5th season, and this season we are implementing a new format. The major changes are: 3 divisions of 8 teams - divisions will be divided based on the team's average player rating. Teams will play a 23-week schedule facing every other team in the league at least once (divisional opponents will play each other twice). 2 cup competitions - Divisional cups to begin the season, and the WCL Cup (with all 24 teams) to end the season. Promotion/Relegation - the top two clubs in the 2nd and 3rd divisions are automatically promoted, the bottom two in the 1st and 2nd divisions will be automatically relegated. The final spot will be contested between the 3rd place team in the 2nd and 3rd divisions and the 6th place team in the 1st and 2nd divisions (much like Germany's relegation playoff). Keeper-option - At the end of the season, owners will have the opportunity to keep their team and climb the ranks, or draft a new team if things weren't working out (while keeping your divisional position if promoted/relegated). The ULFA-PL will also be returning for its 7th season (the ULFA's longest-running league). This league is our traditional Premier League, with 20 teams battling to win the title over the course of a 38-game season. There are 2 cups in this league as well, the PL Cup and the UL Cup, both of which involve every team in the league. The ULFA-CR, our custom roster league, will also be back for FIFA 12. There will be multiple seasons in this league on FIFA 12, so once the 2nd season ends, the 3rd will begin shortly after. Some features of the CR are: Custom, 18-man rosters (the nature of this league means that it is a keeper league as well) A salary cap to ensure players don't build all-star squads.
