just read in futbolecuador.com that Guerrero is going to play in Puebla next season. He's supposedly signing his contract tomorrow in Mexico.
Everybody keeps thinking this team is a fluke, they're not. They have some pretty good young players on the squad. And institutionally, they're sound as well. Their president Deller is a smart man. They'll remain competetive as long as they stay healthy...
This should be moved from Players Abroad, I guess. Guerrero's been given more chances to play abroad than anyone I can think of except Kaviedes, and has ended up back in Ecuador every time. Maybe now he'll get some consistency and get called up to the NT, so he can start living up to the hype he had when he was a 15 year old in the Real Madrid youth setup.
