Re: Fernando Guerrero - Official Thread I must say, size is a big deal at the level of the top European leagues. Caicedo is a coach's wet dream. Guerrero needs to pack on some muscle mass, he can't change his height, but he can bulk up a bit without losing speed. He's a fantastic player, but for a team like Burnley praying to stay in the Premier League, they can't afford to have players "for the future" - it's all about today.
Re: Fernando Guerrero - Official Thread Guerrero's too young for his dreams to be broken. Shoot if Caicedo's still out there, Guerrero's gonna be back even stronger than before. I wasn't thinking he would get many opportunities in his first season in the EPL. Guerrero needed to gain muscle mass too. The last time I saw him I was scared he was gonna get trucked and injured if he ever started a game. Speaking of muscle someone who seems to have gained it in the last year is Jefferson Montero. A year ago he seemed smaller. I gotta give him his props for all the hard training he's been giving himself. Hopefully Guerrero can do the same. He'll be back in Europe in no time.

Re: Fernando Guerrero - Official Thread Guerrero had a pretty damn good season in Independiente. Saw a lot of his games and he pairs up really well with Eder Vaca. And yes, I'm pretty positive Independiente has ownership. I think this 2nd semester of the year he'll do even better, same with Vaca they're both the stars of Independiente along with this 17 year old defender Mario Pineida.
