Forming a league using current rosters with FM 2011 as the sim engine. All rules are to be followed by all managers and will be enforced. Any rule change will require the majority vote of the members - Any request for new rule or revision of existing need to be PM or e-mailed to the commissioner who will post the information for review. No rules will be altered after the start of the season - Rules will only be changed during off-season All Managers will be required to download FM 2011 Strawberry Demo for this league for creating tactics and viewing saved games 1. Rosters This is going to be a real players league. Primary Rosters will consist of 23 players - You must always have 2 GK's on your roster - the other 21 players may be at the GM's choice. All teams will also have a "junior" roster which will hold 5 players (these players may be any position and any age) These players may be moved to the Senior team in case injury cuts a roster down below 23, They may also be moved up to the senior squad anytime of the season - But once moved up they may not be moved back down - And if moving up a spot must be made on the Sr. roster by demoting, trading or releasing a player to make the available spot. This will bring team roster to 28 total players (this number must always be maintained) 2. Teams All GM's will pick a team (any team in the world) - The team picked will be inclusive of that teams roster which will have to be brought into compliance with the 28 player roster limits (see above) 3. League Makeup The League will consist of 2 Divisions of 6 teams, The Elite League and the lower flight Second Division. Each team will play a home and away game vs. each team in their division for a total of 10 games per season - A playoff game will be added as needed in case of tie (after tie breaker rules below) The top 2 of the Second Division will gain promotion and the bottom 2 of the Elite Division will be relegated. There will be 2 cups in the league - The first cup will be played during the season which will have all 12 teams randomly drawn to meet in the "Supporters Cup" - this will be a knockout cup until the finals which will be a legged competition. The other cup will be played at the end of the season it will feature the Elite League Champion and the Second Division Champion facing the European Champions ( Premiership and Spanish la Liga) this will be a random draw legged contest for the "World Champion Cup" 5. Transfers, loans, releases The league will have a few transfer windows which will be noted in the schedule - Players may only be signed or transfered during these windows (as well as freely during the off-season). Players may be loaned only during transfer windows - Players may move up to Sr. Squads anytime during the season. Releasing a player may only be done during periods that allow him to be replaced (Transfer windows or off-season)
