Would MLS or team or city, state laws allow it? If someone was such a huge fan of an MLS team. Discuss...
I'm not sure about spreading ashes on the field but I've heard of burials under the field. I think I need to start making a will just in case.
People burn down stadiums in other countries because they get upset when their teams loses, doesn't mean we should do it. However, dummy, just to humor you, for privately owned stadiums, of which I'm only aware of one (RedBull Park), that would be an arrangement between the club and the family of the dead bastard. Publicly owned stadiums, probably not given the laws on human remains in most states in this country. You could probably get away with sprinkling them out of a plane/helo over the stadium, but dumping them on public property, highly unlikely. You would open yourself up to allowing all manner of bizarre shit and/or being sued when you didn't allow it, or being sued by people who object to bizarre shit like that, most notably, the team

If I remember correctly there was a guy who spread a family member's ashes at Lincoln Field in Philadelphia during a game. I think security took him down just as he finished scattering them.
Go in at night, spread shit. Noone knows. Good to go. Unless it's important to get on ESPN or something.
If it's on artificial turf the players won't even be able to tell if it's burnt uncle Larry or those annoying rubber pellets that get stuck in your shoes, bonus!
