very nice...Guarin 5 goals in 5 matches. Falcao getting back to scoring ways before the Classico. So long as they are healthy, they'll be ready for the Luz.

Guarin was a monster!!! He scored a cracking goal, and assisted Falcao for his goal.

    And Falcao did great too..

    They had great chemistry!

I asked to think Guarin was a huge waste last year. Boy was I wrong. He is a clutch player with a super hard shot that is banned in 28 countries :D

    That's two of us.

I didn't think much of Guarin until this year.

I was actually hoping they would loan him out or simply get rid of him.

    Buy was I wrong.

I thought Guarin was a very useful sub but now he's making a serious case for him to be a starter.

Does James Rodriguez play in your NT too?

Hello VicVR6... To answer your question, nop, James Rodriguez has't played yet for Colombia senior national team. However, he makes part of U-20 Colombia squad, he will play the upcoming u-20 world cup.
I congratulate Porto fans for having such a great team.

It is for big debate... Many believe that he should play for the NT because we do not have a stable player on the left midfield side; or ride side for that matter.

Our NT coach does not want to touch any players that can play for the U20 side of our country since Colombia will be hosting the U20 World Cup this year and they really want to win that tournament.

That makes sense for James to play for the U20 team then. He will be a starter for the NT if he keeps up his performances for Porto. Best of luck for the U20

to give you Porto fans a bit of history, this is part of the u20 South american championship team that won the qualification round in 2005, undefeated. That team went on to play the WCup and in Qfinals lost in extra time vs Argentina because of a special payer...that player..MESSI. Players like Falcao, Guarin, Renteria (all Porto players at some point), and other intl names like Rodallega (Wigan - EPL), C Zapata (Udinese, ITL), A. Aguilar (Hercules, SPN), came from that era. Falcao has to be the most underrated striker EVER.

And the funny thing is Falcao was on the bench in 2005. :p

As for James he will get his chance for the Senior team in September/October.

Until then we will rely on him to lead the U20 to victory.

Great to see Falcao and Guarin lead the way to victory yesterday. Also great to see James get some minutes at the end.

I hope everyone here adopts Colombia as their team to root for in Copa America. :D
