Indeed I understand she agreed terms with PSG but Rossiyanka wouldn't let her sign. Guess who is the Chelsea FC owner, it might have helped ?
From the last PSG comments I saw about it I thought it sounded that Rossiyanka wanted to much in transfer payment and PSG didn't want to pay or continue to haggle with Russians. So Chelsea could have paid more (unlikely), been more patient (possible) or had more skills in negotiating with Russians (very likely) or any mix of them.

The biggest revolution in English woman football is happening this year and it relates to...training conditions. For the first time here, teams will train every day. Chelsea and Liverpool will break from the tradititonal twice a week (Tue and Thur) training regime and will train every day. Those two teams will have a huge advantage over the other 6 teams.
