'Seamus Coleman and Jack Rodwell returned against Blackburn and both should be involved again at Old Trafford. John Heitinga is a doubt with a hamstring injury picked up against Blackburn while Louis Saha and Marouane Fellaini are both definitely out. Tim Cahill and Mikel Arteta are both nearing a return, but it is uncertain whether either or both will be ready for Saturday. Victor Anichebe should return having scored for the reserves in midweek.'

Europe might be too far off but finishing above Liverpool certainly isn't.

Also, for anyone willing to wake up this early, it will be on ESPN2.

The final was Manchester United 1:0 Everton. As a Manchester United fan I have to say Everton played respectable and although the announcers didn't complain it looked to me like Hernandez may have been a bit offside before he scored the only goal of the game.

One way traffic pretty much the entire match and nothing less than what ManU deserved out of the match.

We had a few players today play well below their standards but on the flipside, Howard had a very good game. He seems to come up big in these types of matches.

I was hoping that we'd get a draw but it wasn't to be.

honestly, i said before the game to a manure fan trying to shit talk that there ain't no shame in losing to utd... come. on. their team costs hundreds of millions more than us... they should be ashamed they couldn't get more than 1 goal!

AND with those damn none-calls against us  ....

well... it's utd at utd. what did we expect.

In fairness, Anichebe coulda stayed on his feet... he's still too fast to fall over. if he's being fouled, it'll be called (except against the 'big four' of course ;)) and if it's not gonna be called, he needs to stay on his effing feet and score in play.... you can tell him i said that too.

what are your thoughts after a few games of seeing Gueye play?

I think Gueye is one for the future with great potential. I like that he's had the opportunity to play in a few matches this year. Nothing wrong with that and will give him a taste of what it will be like every weekend.
