I don't think he's necessarily exiled or anything, he elected to stay while Santana wanted to be loaned out I remember after Insigne's first goal he hugged the 3rd string keeper Colombo, its interesting to see how Colombo cheers on the players and stuff so I think the players that don't get playing time are still very much apart of the squad in some capacity, I think Grava is like a player/manager now you see him on the bench standing up and watching the game incredibly intentively
I personally think he will, he's been with us from Serie C to the champions league, I never was so happy for a player then when Grava got to be on the field when we qualified for Round of 16 Its amazing to think about him being the only player left from those days, he deserves to be on a staff for Napoli as a coach He may be like apart of the staff once he hangs up the boots, he's from the region and I think that his career is done
