Italy have been moving the ball around well but look like they are missing something up front. I think a target man style forward would do well in this team. But they havent picked one in their squad .
Having watched Italy I can safely say they are threat for another 1st round exit. Got no firepower whatsoever and a disorganised backline. They constantly feed the ball wide ,cross it in and no one is waiting for the cross . Russia have played in 2nd gear and still are 2 goals to the good .
Yeah they didn't look great.. they did miss a few chances though. If we can somehow manage to top this group, it would be a big bonus
I dunno the Ireland lineup looks very weak, especially in central midfield. Croatia should take 2nd in that group.
On their day Croatia could be better than both ireland and Italy, they could easily come 2nd or even top the group if they played to their best.
What I like about the Euros is it's not always the usual suspects. Would like to see a team like Poland or Russia go a long way.
