All week i've heard about how Poland would be the dark horse of this tournament. 1 man up, 1 goal up and they couldn't stop the mighty Greeks

I didn't realize how bad Poland is defensively until you watch a game.

Greece should of scored 3 on Poland and Greece never score.

Russians giving it to the Czechs. The Czechs are just terrible defensively.

    Russia demolish the Czechs

I didn't see that game only listened to it. Are Russia that good, or was it because the Czechs are aweful?

Perhaps we should feel better about losing 3-0 to the Russians after seeing the way they beat the Czechs, 4-1. They're an excellent counter-attacking team, with a great passing trio from Zenit. It also looks like 21 year-old Alan Dgaoev is going to become a star.

Two great matches today. I'm a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo and hope he does well with Portugal.

Let's see what Dutch plan B is. They have had lots of chances but poor finishing, while defense looks shaky. Think they might be able to turn it around by putting in Huntelaar.

Wow. Dutch lost their "easy" game -- now they have to get points off Germany and Portugal to qualify.

Germany edge Portugal 1-0. Not impressed with both teams. I think a draw would have been a fair result. For all his skill, Ronaldo was anonymous most of the game. Nani only started to play in the last 20 minutes.
